Beautiful hilltop setting in a lush green garden between Constantia and Houtbay. Private villa atmosphere. Quality equipment and tasteful design. Very friendly staff. Heated pool, gym, sensational spa and yoga facilities and courses. Definitely recommend!

Future Found Sanctuary is one of the best kept secrets in Cape Town. We came for our joint birthdays in April/May & our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, from the staff to the property itself. We stayed in a Villa Verte room and waking up to such an incredible view every morning was one of our favourite things. The room was spotless everyday, with towel replenishments too. Sami looked after us so well, taking care of our every need…morning coffees, wine and going above and beyond with making our birthdays special. The place is well kept & the buildings are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious everyday, the chef would make us anything we wanted. We also had dinner one night which was outstanding. We honestly do not have a single bad word to say about our trip it was incredible from start to finish! We are looking at booking again for 2026, cannot wait to return. Thank you to ALL of the staff who made our stay so special!

I had an incredible time and enjoyed every moment of my stay. From the top-notch facilities and stunning landscape which were impressive, to the exceptional staff and their attention to detail in every aspect. The food was consistently excellent, and travelling out of season gave me the wonderful opportunity to interact with the team. Every single person was friendly, professional, approachable, and eager to assist—special thanks to Prince, Keith, Hannah, Harrison, and so many others. Every single one of the chefs was immensely talented, making every meal a delight. I did the half-board, and honestly, there was no need to dine out as the menu was varied every day. Andrew gave me a tour of the grounds, which was just wonderful. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. I'm already looking forward to going back sometime in the near future.

My boyfriend and I spent two nights here with two friends, and what a find! I’m so glad our lovely friends discovered this hidden gem and suggested we stay. The hotel and rooms are absolutely stunning - every corner feels thoughtfully designed, and the setting is peaceful and serene. The staff made us feel so welcome; it truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to Prosper, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. He looked after us every morning and evening and always made sure we had everything we needed. One evening, we wanted to relax by the beautiful pool with some drinks and music, and Prosper went out of his way to set everything up perfectly and make us extra comfortable - it was such a memorable experience. The food was also amazing! We honestly can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Future Found Sanctuary to anyone visiting Cape Town. It’s the perfect mix of luxury, warmth, and tranquility.

We had the most incredible experience thanks to the exceptional staff and chefs! Khaya, Prosper, Prince, and Keith went above and beyond to ensure our stay was both enjoyable and comfortable — we truly felt so well taken care of. Chef Shwe Shwe prepared the most outstanding meals; she is an incredibly talented chef with a bright future ahead of her! We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts made by Chef Noxie — such a lovely way to start each day.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at — and I’ve traveled to many places! Future Found is truly something special. They have everything in one place, to the point where I wished I had booked more than two nights just to enjoy it longer. Every room has its own charm, and the whole place is super cozy and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks. Sami kindly took us on a tour of the property, and I genuinely felt like I was visiting a museum or a tourist attraction — it was such an enjoyable experience on its own. There’s a lovely private cinema (make sure to book in advance!), and the food… honestly better than any restaurant you could go to — the chefs are amazing. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel completely at home. The property itself is stunning — perfect for couples, groups, or families. Some areas have slopes and stairs, but if walking is an issue, they can easily drive you around. Everything is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Highly recommend adding this place to your Cape Town itinerary — and whatever you do, don’t miss the breakfast and dinner! 🌿✨

Everything! There was no stone left unturned when it came to ensuring that we had the best possible experience. Food is easily the best we’ve had at accommodation and is cooked to order, often to whatever whim you feel like on the given day. The surroundings are incredible, it’s like having ownership over a millionaires house for a few days. The best part in our eyes was the fact that you dine with other guests in a family setting. It meant that we made some lovely friends over dinner and wine. If this is not your thing you can absolutely dine privately as there is tonnes of extra space. The staff were incredible. Gym facilities had everything needed. A cinema downstairs for after dinner movies. The perfect stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this stunning property in an oasis of Cape Town. We wanted a couple of days to relax before heading to safari, and this property was the perfect place for it. It’s so beautiful, surrounded by gorgeous grounds, and all the staff were so lovely and friendly. The hotel very kindly upgraded us as it was our honeymoon which was such an amazing surprise and the room was so beautiful! The food and drinks were all included and everything was delicious. I also had a very relaxing massage at the spa. A truly amazing place, I hope we can return one day. Thank you to everyone at Future Found Sanctuary!

Breakfast was a buffet featuring a wide variety of options. The fruits were exceptionally fresh. For dinner, the chef was creative, offering a choice each day between vegan, meat, or fish dishes. Although I am not vegan, I decided to try the vegan option and was pleasantly surprised by its rich yet subtle flavors —it was well-seasoned without being too spicy. It appears that the majority of the ingredients utilized by the chef are cultivated on the facility's grounds. The meat and fish dishes were healthy and delightful. We greatly appreciated our spacious room with a secluded patio. The atmosphere and environment of the facility were wonderfully serene, offering a sense of privacy and relaxation that made our stay truly memorable. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I enjoyed a massage with a professional therapist who was attentive to my discomfort and pain. I found the experience very relaxing. We were just a short Uber ride away from the botanical garden, the picturesque Hout Bay, and the vibrant city center of Cape Town.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Cape Town. Exceptional and I can't wait to come back. It's a very tranquil hotel, as a woman travelling on my own I felt very safe and taken care of by every member of staff, particularly the Duty Manager's who went out of their way to make sure I made the most of time in SA. The food and wine was excellent and I would recommend pre-booking breakfast and dinner, you will not be disappointed. The facilities and amenities were stunning and I would thoroughly recommend staying at Maison Noir, I loved the living room it felt very homely and I really enjoyed having an outdoor shower. I didn't hire a car and travelled around using the hotel's drivers/ recommended companies.
